Each morning is an invitation to slow down and notice what your body is telling you, with kindness and without pressure.
/images/yoga/mudra.jpgGuided breathing and quiet meditation to help you shift out of rush mode before the day begins.
Very simple, introductory poses used to sense the body from the inside, not to stretch further or burn calories.
Small practices for settling your nervous system that you can return to anywhere: in the car, at your desk, before sleep.
Short reflections on yoga's meditative roots and on healing through the body, in plain language.
Who it's for
This class is a gentle, educational practice. It isn't therapy or medical care.

I'm a yoga teacher and integrative psychoeducator coach with a master's degree in education. My real passion is healing: how the body holds what we've been through, and how gently it can learn to let go.
I'm inspired by the work of Gabor Maté and Peter Levine's Somatic Experiencing, and I bring that curiosity to every class. We focus less on fitness and more on what yoga does inside us: helping the body feel safe enough to settle.
“When you choose to heal yourself, you actively choose to heal the generations after you.”
